Economics on the web

●  Mark Littlewood discusses cutting public spending on BBC Newsnight (video).

●  Philip Booth critiques the coalition’s plans on pensions.

●  James Bartholomew analyses Iain Duncan Smith’s plans to tackle welfare dependency.

●  Toby Baxendale explains how to remove £200 billion from the national debt.

●  Charles K. Rowley on BP, the oil spill and the rule of law.

●  The Austrian School by Jesus Huerta de Soto is now available as a free pdf download.

I do like theidea of “cutting spending on BBC Newsnight”: their rather tedious and uppity anchors are completely over-valued!
