A benefits cap is needed if work is to pay

Speaking to BBC Radio 2's Jeremy Vine show, Mark Littlewood, Director General at the Institute of Economic Affairs, argues that a benefits cap is a sensible proposition. If families on benefits have to move in order to find accomodation that they can afford, then they will be making the same choices that working families have to do all the time.
