Director General of the IEA, Mark Littlewood, appears on BBC Radio Five Live to discuss the government's recent announcment on childcare funding. The affordability of childcare is a prominent feature of the wider cost of living debate. Mark argues that instead of increasing government subsidies, more should be done to address the issue of why childcare is so expensive such as costly regulation and high property prices.
