Prof Len Shackleton, IEA Fellow, spoke to BBC Three Counties Radio's The Other One show to discuss why it is a bad idea to force companies to impose quotas for women in boardrooms. He says that the evidence for quotas doing anything to boost productivity is weak, and this is not an area for government to get involved in.
