Can fuel duty cuts stimulate growth?

Mark Littlewood speaks to BBC Radio 5 live

Mark Littlewood, Director General at the IEA, spoke to Tony Livesey on BBC Radio Five live last night about the rise in fuel prices. He says that the government's current priority of balancing the books means the only taxes that will be cut are ones that will lead to an increase in revenue by stimulating growth. Its focus must remain on spending cuts, he says.
