Child labour sometimes better than the alternative

Mark Littlewood, Director General at the IEA, spoke to BBC Radio 2's Jeremy Vine show about the issue of child labour. He said one has to be realistic about the ability of developing countries to provide universal education and that banning all forms of child labour could worsen poverty.
