Fairness in government spending 'should not be judged simply by size of handouts'

Mark Littlewood appears on BBC Radio 4's Today programme to discuss criticism of the Government's most recent Budget as being 'unfair'

Following a report from the Institute of Fiscal Studies which stated that measures in the Government's Budget delivered in June were "regressive", Mark Littlewood discusses the ways in which we should properly judge 'fairness' in government spending and the political price the Liberal Democrats might pay for being part of the Coalition.
