Christopher Snowdon appears on BBC Radio 5 Live to discuss IEA's new report on fat taxes.
Mr Snowdon argued in his new report titled, The Proof of the Pudding, Denmark's fat tax fiasco, that fat taxes do not stop people from buying fatty food. Instead, in Denmark, they merely went across the border or went to cheaper shops. According to the report, only 20% of people were affected by the tax.
