Len Shackleton appeared on BBC Radio Merseyside to discuss zero hour contracts.

Mr Shackleton discussed the benefits of employee contracts that allow employers to add more work shifts during busy times and cut back on shifts during lean times. Though some argue these contracts are bad for employees, Mr Shackleton argues that this flexibility is very beneficial for those who need a varied working schedule like students. If the government tightens regulation than these types of jobs with disappear.
