Government not best placed to measure or act on wellbeing

BBC news quotes Dr Stephen Davies

Dr Steve Davies appeared on the BBC Breakfast sofa this morning to discuss the UK's first official wellbeing report. He questioned whether the government was best-placed to measure - or act - on such information.

His comments have featured on the BBC news website's feature on the story.
