The Telegraph reports on the launch of the Brexit Prize.
The IEA is offering €100,000 (£86,520) for the winning "Blueprint for Britain outside the EU".
It must cover the process of withdrawal from the European Union and "how the UK might fit into the fresh geo-political and economic landscape that would follow”. The think tank said it was time that the UK explored "the process of withdrawal and its economic and political consequences".
"We need to give serious consideration to how the UK could have a free and prosperous economy outside the EU, given that exit is a serious possibility after the next election," the IEA said.
