Ahead of Wednesday's Comprehensive Spending Review, IEA Economics Fellow Prof Tim Congdon speaks to BBC Radio 5 Live's Weekend Breakfast programme and says that there should be an easing up of monetary policy in order to allow private spending to make up for a reduction of public sector spending. Such conditions will help towards an economic recovery.
