Ryan Bourne, Head of Public Policy at the IEA, features in the Telegraph commenting on figures that have revealed record numbers of individuals recieve more in benefits than they pay in taxes. In the article, Ryan argues that there is still a long way to go in order to reduce the budget deficit in the UK, a problem that will only deteriorate with an ageing population.
