With the debate following Philip Davies MP's comments on the minimum wage in the House of Commons carrying on, Mark Littlewood, IEA Director General, joined a discussion on BBC Radio 2's Jeremy Vine programme and said that the ability to opt out of the minimum wage would allow people to gain their first footing on the jobs ladder.
