Plain cigarette packaging is not what the public need

Mark Littlewood appeared on ABC News Australia to discuss the governments U-turn on cigarette packaging.

When discussing the involvement of Lynton Crosby, Mr Littlewood argued that his advice has only been to focus on the big issues like high government spending and improving economic growth, not “messing around on the sidelines” with packaging regulation. Although the Australians have offered to be guinea pigs on this issue having introduced plain packaging a while ago, all evidence suggests that it wouldn’t be a success.
