On the day that NewsCorp dropped its bid to take full control of BSkyB, Prof Philip Booth, IEA Editorial Director, spoke to BBC Radio 4's The World Tonight, saying that Britain has relatively robust primary legislation when it comes to the media and that politicians - with their tendency to play to the gallery - should not get involved in dictating how businesses should be run.
