As public sector unions prepare to go on strike on Wednesday, Prof Philip Booth, IEA Editorial Director, speaks to BBC Radio 5 Live's Richard Bacon show and argues that public sector pensions reform is long overdue. Debating the issue with Unison's Karen Jennings, he says that the government's current offer is hugely generous and therefore the strike action is entirely unjustified.
