Public spending cuts must be made

Speaking to BBC WM's Phil Upton @ Breakfast programme, Dr Steve Davies, IEA Education Director, says that public spedning has been too high for too long and that, whilst there can be a debate as to where cuts are made, there can be no debate as to whether they need to be made at all.
