Scottish Independence: Voting on the economics or emotion?

Mark Littlewood appears on BBC Daily Politics

IEA Director General Mark Littlewood appeared on the Daily Politics. He argued that it is both in England's and Scotland's self interest to seriously consider independence. He refered to division in political cultures between England and Scotland with voting being more centre-right and centre-left respectively over the past fifty years. Furthermore, he argued that the relative size of the public sector in both nations marked significant differences in how each state thinks the economy should be run.
