Mark Littlewood appears on BBC Radio 2

Mark Littlewood appeared on BBC Radio 2 Jeremy Vine programme to discuss the spending review.

Also by ringfencing the three most expensive areas of public spending, education, health and welfare it is extremely difficult to get spending under control.
