Richard Wellings appeared on BBC Radio 5 Live to discuss tax avoidance.

Dr Wellings stated that Prime Minister David Cameron is on the wrong track and that the recent crack down on companies will be counterproductive. Tax competition from countries such as Ireland is beneficial to economic growth by encouraging high profits and higher investments from multi-national companies. Dr Wellings advocated for keeping tax rates low and for simplifying the tax code.
