Barrie Craven talks to BBC World Service on behalf of the IEA. Barrie Craven discusses the new IEA research on fat taxes. He argues that governments looking at taxes as a way to tackle the obesity epidemic are infringing on our civil liberties, and that such policies will lead to unintended consequences.
