Prof Kent Matthews speaks to BBC Radio 5 Live

On the day that inflation figures were announced to have remained unchanged at 4.5%, IEA Shadow Monetary Policy Member Prof Kent Matthews spoke to BBC Radio 5 Live's Morning Reports and said the Bank of England was failing to control inflation. An immediate rise in interest rates is needed, he says.
