Mark Littlewood discussed changes to the Disability Living Allowance on Newsnight following government plans to reassess it. He argued that although removing certain aspects of the DLA sounds harsh, there has not been a proper assessment of the status quo.
The number of DLA claimants has risen from 2mn to 3.2mn despite incapacity benefits falling.
