The role of government in paternity leave

Steve Davies appears on BBC Radio Five Live

The IEA's Education Director, Dr Stephen Davies appears on BBC Radio Five Live to discuss paternity leave for fathers in the UK. Recent figures suggest that 25 per cent of fathers do not take paternity leave. Steve argues that while the government can implement measures to encourage fathers to take leave and make it an affordable option, the decision ultimately lies with the individual.
