Chris Snowdon features in CityAM

Christopher Snowdon, Director of Lifestyle Economics at the IEA, has featured in CityAM in an article concerning new regulations on alcohol consumption. In the article, Chris makes the point that tobacco regulation has filtered down into alcohol consumption also. The article references Aggressively Regressive: The 'sin taxes' that make the poor poorer  which looks at the negative impact duties on alcohol and other items have on those with low incomes.
