Head of Public Policy at the IEA, Ryan Bourne, appears on BBC Radio Wales to discuss renewed calls for workers to recieve a living wage. In the interview, Ryan explains that while he isn't against the living wage campaign per se, such action can have negative consequences on the number of job opportunities for the young and unskilled.
