With Lord Hutton's interim report calling for higher contributions from public sector employees and employers, Peter Tompkins, Chairman of the Public Sector Pensions Committee, set up by the Institute of Economic Affairs, Institute of Directors and others, appears on BBC Radio Wales' Good Morning Wales programme and says that, whilst higher contributions are entirely necessary, they are only a sticking plaster fix of a very serious problem.
