We do not need more legislation to protect children from smoking

Mark Littlewood appears on BBC Radio London

IEA Director General Mark Littlewood spoke about the proposition to ban parents from smoking in cars with children. He argued that the car fumes inhaled by children during a car journey would have a similar, if not greater, impact than a solitary cigarette smoked. Furthermore he argued that rather than legislation and police enforcement, we need parents to make the appropriate decisions as to how to protect their children from unessarary risks and harm.
