Prof Philip Booth appears on BBC Radio 4's The World Tonight to discuss the power the trade unions really wield

With the Rail, Maritime and Transport (RMT) and the Transport Salaried Staffs' Association (TSSA) unions launching the first of a series of 24-hour strikes on the London Underground, Prof. Philip Booth discusses whether, in today's world, trade unions really have the power to change government policy.
