Following Philip Davies MP's remarks in the House of Commons that people should be allowed to voluntarily opt out of the minimum wage if they think it will help them get a foot on the career ladder - and that such a move would help some of the most vulnerable in society - Mark Littlewood, IEA Director General, spoke to BBC Radio 5 Live's Stephen Nolan programme and said that there was a lot of merit in what Davies had said.
