On the day that poor economic growth figures are published, Ruth Porter, Communications Director at the IEA, speaks to BBC Sheffield's Dean Pepall programme and says that a pro-growth agenda must be pursued by Chancellor George Osborne. This would include both tax cuts and a great deal of deregulation, to get the economy moving again.
