Prof Philip Booth interviewed for ITV's News at Ten

As news emerges that CPI rose to 5.2% in September - up from 4.5% in August, Prof Philip Booth, IEA Editorial Director, speaks to ITV's News at Ten and says that the Bank of England has lost sight of its task to control inflation.
