Prof Philip Booth speaks to Russia Today

As David Cameron prepares to head to Brussels for crucial talks, Prof Philip, IEA Editorial Director, speaks to Russia Today and argues that, if done right, a multi-speed Europe could be welcomed. However, such a Europe must be one which seeks to decentralise powers back to sovereign nations, not one which further centralises regulation and fiscal influence.
