Nick Hayns speaks to BBC Radio Leicester

On the day that the government announced its intention to press ahead with a High Speed rail link linking London and Birmingham, Nick Hayns, Communications Officer at the IEA, spoke to BBC Radio Leicester's Jim Davies programme and said that the government has a terrible record when it comes to delivering such projects.
