Mark Littlewood discussed Nick Clegg's public apology over his party's stance on tuition fees.
Mark argued that the Liberal Democrat party should never have adopted the policy in the first place. The public perception of the party, in contrast to that of the Labour and Conservative parties, was that of being trustworthy. Hurriedly binning a policy they had stuck to so closely during the election campaign was thus disastrous, and has resulted in the LibDems losing one of their key selling points.
