Philip Booth appears on BBC Radio 5 Live to discuss the state of the UK economy.
Mr Booth argued that the government wants to make the UK the most competitive place for companies to do business from a tax point of view, but as soon as other countries attempt to do the same thing they get villified. Much of the news coverage of this story has highlighted the number of Google or Amazon employees or the turnover, however, companies do not pay corporation tax based on these figures. Corporation tax only applies to profit.
