The death in November 2006 of Lord (Ralph) Harris of High Cross robbed the world of a much loved man. In early 2007, the Institute of Economic Affairs brought together Ralphs friends, colleagues and family to pay tribute to his life and work. This DVD is a record of that event. John Blundell, Director General of the IEA, acts as master of ceremonies for a 1hr and a half memorial which comprises brief 5-minute speeches by:
